How do I process final settlement payroll for an exited contractor?

After initiating exit, you can complete final settlement payroll.

To process final settlement:

  1. Initiate exit for the contractor.
  2. On the Final Settlement Payroll page, enter:
  • Payable days
  • LOP days (if any)
  • Additional earnings or deductions
  1. Enter payable or receivable amounts if applicable.
  2. Click Save and Continue.
  3. In the following page, click Submit to proceed with the exit. If you’re a user who has approve access then click Submit and Approve.

After approval, you’ll have to record payment for the payroll. Refer to our help document on Contractor Exit for more details.
