I have integrated the PayPal payment gateway and added a PayPal bank account. But the payments I receive are collected under Undeposited Funds. What should I do?

After adding a payment gateway and a bank account, you must link the two so that payments you receive are deposited directly into your PayPal account instead of Undeposited Funds.

To link them:

• Go to Settings, select Customer Payments under Online Payments.
• Click Edit Settings next to PayPal.
• Click the Bank Account drop-down and choose the PayPal bank account.

Your PayPal bank account will now be linked.

For existing transactions, edit the recorded payment, enter any bank charges, set the Payment Mode to PayPal, and select the Deposit To account as your PayPal bank account. This will allow you to categorise the transactions without duplicating values.
