Can I make my customers call my support team directly from the pricing widget?

Yes. You can configure custom action buttons for each plan displayed in a Pricing Widget.

Based on how you configure the widget, your customers can:

  • Proceed to a hosted payment page to complete a subscription.

  • Be redirected to a custom checkout or signup link.

  • Contact you through a predefined email address.

  • Initiate a phone call for direct communication.

This flexibility allows you to align Pricing Widgets with your sales workflow, whether your goal is immediate subscription, lead generation, or enabling direct customer contact.

Here’s how you can configure the actions of your pricing widget:

  • Log in to your Zoho ERP organization.
  • Click Items in the left sidebar.
  • Switch to the Pricing Widgets tab on the top modular bar.
  • Create or edit the pricing widget you’d like to configure.
  • Go to the Configure Plans tab.
  • Select the plan which you want to configure.
  • Click the dropdown next to the Button Action and select the action which you want the button to perform.
  • Click Save.
