I want to display plans based on their billing frequency in a pricing widget, can I configure this in Zoho ERP?

Yes. You can configure the plans to be displayed in a Pricing Widget using the Select Planstab.

You can group plans by billing frequency, such as monthly or yearly, and configure which billing frequency is shown by default to customers. You can also reorder plans, rename billing frequency labels, and highlight specific plans to draw attention to preferred subscription options.

Here’s how you can do this:

  • Log in to your Zoho ERP organization.

  • Click Items from the left sidebar.

  • Switch to the Pricing Widgets tab on the top modular bar.

  • Create or edit the pricing widget you’d like to configure.

  • Go to the Select Plans tab on the Pricing Widgets page.

  • Check the Group plans by frequency box.

  • Review the grouped plans and click Save.

These controls help you tailor the pricing widget experience and guide customers toward the plans and billing frequencies.
