Item categories help organize reports in Zoho ERP by grouping similar items together. This makes it easier to analyze sales, inventory, and purchase data by category as filter instead of individual items. They also improve report clarity and help you spot trends, compare performance, and make better business decisions faster.
To view this,
- Click Reports in the left sidebar.
- Navigate to Sales category.
- Select Sales by Items.
- Click +More Filter in the top section and click +Add Filters.
- Select field as Category and add the require Comparator and Category Name.
- Click Run Report.
