What types of coupons can I create in Zoho ERP, and how are they applied?

You can create coupons that offer either a flat rate or a percentage-based, depending on your pricing strategy.

You can also define how the coupon is applied:

• Transaction-level - The coupon is applied to the total transaction amount.

• Line item-level - The coupon is applied to individual items, plans or addons.

• Buy X Get Y - Customers receive a free or discounted item when they purchase a specific number of items or plans.

When line item-level coupons are configured, the coupon is applied only to the specified plans or addons, while other line items on the invoice remain unchanged.
