What happens when I mark a coupon as inactive?

If a coupon has been marked as inactive, it cannot be used while creating new subscriptions. However, existing subscriptions will not be affected and the coupon will continue to be applied until manually removed.

Here’s how you can make a coupon inactive:

  • Log in to your Zoho ERP organization.

  • Naviagte to Items in the left side bar.

  • Switch to the Coupons tab on the top modular bar.

  • Select the coupon which you’d like to mark as inactive.

  • In the Coupon’s details page, click Mark as Inactive.

You can mark it as active again if you’d like to make it available for use.
