Can I change or add a new default dispatch address for my shipments?

Yes, you can change the existing default dispatch address, add a new default dispatch address if you want.

Here’s how you can configure the dispatch address preferences:

  • Click the Gear icon in the top right corner of the Home page.
  • Select Shipments under Inventory module settings.
  • In the Choose default Dispatch address section, enter a default dispatch address for the goods you ship.
  • Click Change Address if you wish you add another address.
  • Click + New Address to add new address.
  • Click Trash icon if you want to remove the default dispatch address.
  • Click Save after configuring the dispatch address.
