Yes. Zoho ERP allows you to customise SMS templates for different notification types such as invoices, payments, and reminders.

To customise an SMS template:

• Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
• Click Settings in the top-right corner and scroll down to Extension & Developer Data.
• Under Integration & Marketplace, select SMS Integration.
• Click Configure near Twilio.
• Click Change Template next to the required SMS template.
• Click Customize Template.
• Edit the message and insert placeholders if required.
• Click Save.

The updated template will be used for all future SMS notifications of that type.
