How do I enable SMS notifications only for specific transactions?
Yes. Zoho ERP allows you to enable SMS notifications selectively for specific transaction types such as invoices, payments, or reminders.
To enable SMS notifications for specific transactions:
- Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
- Click Settings in the top-right corner and scroll down to Extension & Developer Data.
- Under Integration & Marketplace, select SMS Integration.
- Click Configure near Twilio.
- On the SMS Notifications page, locate the required transaction type.
- Slide the toggle to enable SMS notifications for that transaction.
- Repeat the steps for other transaction types if required.
Only the enabled transactions will trigger SMS notifications.
