How do I disconnect Twilio from Zoho ERP?

If you no longer want to send SMS notifications through Twilio, you can disconnect the integration.

To disconnect Twilio:

• Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
• Click Settings in the top-right corner and scroll down to Extension & Developer Data.
• Under Integration & Marketplace, select SMS Integration.
• Click Configure near Twilio.
• Click the More icon and select Disconnect.
• Confirm the action.

Once disconnected, Zoho ERP will stop sending all SMS notifications through Twilio.
