How do I view the delivery status of SMS notifications sent through Twilio?

You can view the details of SMS notifications sent from Zoho ERP at the transaction level.

To view sent SMS notifications:

  • Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
  • Go to a module such as Invoices from the left sidebar.
  • Open the transaction for which the SMS was sent.
  • Click Comments and History in the top-right corner of the transaction’s Details page.
  • Review the SMS notification details listed there.

Note: For detailed delivery status (such as delivered or failed), you can log in to your Twilio account and check the message logs.
