How do I void a shipment in Zoho ERP?

Currently, only UPS and USPS shipments can be voided.

To void a UPS/USPS shipment:

• Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
• Go to the module for which you want to void the shipment for from the left sidebar.
• Select the order you want to ship.
• Open the UPS/USPS shipment.
• Click More Actions.
• Select Delete Shipment.
• In the confirmation pop-up, click Void & Delete.

This action voids the shipment in Zoho ERP and deletes it from UPS/USPS.
