When do I get in-app notifications in Zoho ERP?
You’ll get two types of in-app notifications in your Zoho ERP organisation:
Announcement From Zoho ERP
You can view all the notifications sent from Zoho ERP in the Announcements tab from the Dashboard page. This includes webinars, surveys, and other activities conducted by Zoho ERP.
Notifications Regarding Actions Performed in Zoho ERP
You might receive in-app notifications for the following actions:
Customer activities in Customer Portal: You’ll be notified when your customers:
- View a quote, sales order, invoice, retainer invoice, or a credit note.
- Comment on a quote, invoice, sales order, retainer invoice, or a credit note.
- Accept or decline a quote.
- Make payment for their transactions.
Approvals:
- Approver: When a submitter submits a transaction for approval.
- Submitter: When the approver submits or rejects a transaction.
Whenever a workflow rule is executed, and an immediate action configured is an in-app notification.
When a signal is triggered and you’re the recipient.
