Can I share the donation receipt via WhatsApp or SMS rather than Email?
Yes. You can share donation receipts with donors through your preferred communication channels.
Prerequisites:
- WhatsApp — You must first integrate your organisation’s WhatsApp Business account with Zoho ERP. Learn More
- SMS — You can either purchase Zoho SMS Credits or integrate a third-party SMS provider, such as Twilio.
Here’s how you can share receipts through specific channels:
- Go to Contributions on the sidebar.
- Click Donations on the top modular bar.
- Open the donation you want to share.
- Click Send and select your preferred communication channel:
- WhatsApp Message to send it through WhatsApp.
- SMS to send it as a text message.
- Send Email to send the receipt to the donor’s email address.
- Click Send.
