How can I record and acknowledge donations received offline?

You can instantly record offline donations and share the donation receipt with them. Donations received through cash, cheque, bank transfer, or any other payment method can be manually recorded in Zoho ERP.

To record a donation:

Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
Navigate to the Contributions module.
Click Donations in the top modular bar.
Click + New to create a donation record.
Fill in the necessary details.
Select the Mode of Payment and Section Code as required.
Click Save.

Once the donation is saved, the donation receipt is automatically generated. You can instantly share it via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS. Alternatively, you can download it as a PDF or print it for your physical records.
