Can I generate a single donation receipt for donations made to multiple funds in a single payment?
Yes. You can record donations made towards multiple funds in a single donation receipt. The way the donations are displayed depends on the PDF template you choose.

| Multi Line Item | Each fund is displayed as a separate line-item along with their corresponding amounts in a tabular format. |
To create a donation receipt with all the funds listed:
- Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
- Go to the Contributions module.
- Navigate to Donations in the top modular bar.
- Create or select the donation for which you’d like to choose the template.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Change next to PDF Template.
- Select Multi Line Item from the Choose Template page.
The donation receipt will display all the funds by the donor along with the total donation amount in a table format.

You can configure your preferred donation receipt template at the organisation level. Once configured, the selected template will be used by default for all donation receipts. To do this, go to Settings > Customisation > PDF Templates > Donations.
