I have previous years’ data of donations and donors. Can I upload them within Zoho ERP?

Yes. Zoho ERP lets you import your previous donations and donor records in bulk, so you don’t have to enter them one by one.

To import your past donations:

Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
Go to Sales in the left sidebar, and switch to the Donations tab.
Click the More icon in the top-right corner and select **Import Donations**.
Download the sample file to match the required format, then upload your data and map the fields.

Note:

A few tips for clean historical data:

Leave Auto-generate Donation Numbers unchecked if you want to retain your original donation or receipt numbers, as any numbers in your file will otherwise be ignored.
Adjust the date format during import so your past receipt dates map correctly.
Make sure your donor details are included so each donation links to the right donor record.

Once imported, your historical donations and donors will appear alongside your current data for unified tracking and reporting.
