Is there a way to compare and analyse my donation trends over time?
Yes. Zoho ERP provides dedicated donation reports that let you analyse patterns, compare periods, and identify trends across donors and funds.
To access donation reports:
- Go to Reports on the sidebar.
- Select Donations under Report Category.
The two available reports are:
| Report | Description |
|---|---|
| Donations by Donor | Displays total donations, donation frequency, and average contribution per donor. Use this to identify high-value and recurring contributors. |
| Donations by Fund | Displays total and average contributions per fund, helping you evaluate which campaigns or purposes attract the most support. |
Both reports support filtering, grouping, comparing across periods, scheduling, sharing, and exporting, giving you the full picture of how your fundraising is performing over time.
