We want to accept only UPI payments for online donations and disable card payments. How do we configure this in Zoho ERP?

You can configure the payment methods for online donations through your connected payment gateway in Zoho ERP.

To get started:

Go to Settings in the top-right corner.
Under Module Settings, select Online Payments.
Click Customer Payments.
Connect a supported payment gateway.

Insight: Zoho ERP supports Zoho Payments and Razorpay, both of which support UPI, cards, and net banking. Once connected, you’ll need to restrict accepted payment methods to UPI only. The steps to do this differ by gateway:

Zoho Payments** — Sign in to Zoho Payments and configure the payment methods from the payment method settings.

Razorpay** — Payment method restrictions can be configured only with assistance from our support team. Please contact us at support@zohoerp.com, and we’ll help you set it up.

Once updated, donors completing payments online will see only UPI as an available option.
