Can I collect identification details of donors while making online donations?

Yes. By default, all the fields available in the Donor creation page are displayed on the hosted payment page, allowing you to capture required donor details. You can customise the information collected through your hosted payment page as per your requirement. Here’s how:

Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
Go to Settings on the top right corner.
Navigate to Hosted Payment Pages under Customization.
Edit the Default Donation template to customise it.
