How do I increase the daily limit of API calls?

You can temporarily increase your organization’s daily API call limit. Here’s how:

• Go to Settings in the top right corner.
• Click API Usage under Developer Data.
• Click Increase API Limit Temporarily in the API Usage As Of Today section. The new limit will be displayed in the following pop-up. This limit is based on your organization’s plan and the API add-ons purchased, and it can be increased for a duration of seven days.
• Click Increase Limit.

If you need to permanently increase the daily API limit, write to us at support@zohoerp.com with the following details:

• Zoho ERP Organization ID.
• Elaborate the details about the API workflow and API usage.
• Number of API calls required per day or per month.
• Specify the average number of orders/transactions created per month.
• In case of migrations, specify the volume of transactions being imported.
