How do I create a transaction for my customer or vendor in Zoho ERP?

Once you’ve created a customer or vendor in Zoho ERP, you can proceed with creating transactions for them. Here’s how:

  • Go to Sales on the left sidebar and select Customers in the module bar.
    • Or, go to Purchases on the left sidebar and select Vendors in the module bar.
  • Select the customer or vendor for whom you want to create transactions.
  • In the details page, click the New Transaction dropdown in the top right corner, and select the required transaction.
  • In the next page, enter the required details and save the transaction.

The transaction will be created for the respective customer or vendor.
