Can I record multiple funds in one donation?
Zoho ERP lets you associate a single donation with multiple funds of the same donation type, allowing you to record contributions meant for different purposes under one donation. While creating a donation, you can add multiple funds in the Fund Table and specify the amount allocated to each fund. This improves fund-level visibility and simplifies reporting and analysis.
Here’s how:
- Log in to your Zoho ERP organization.
- Go to Contributions on the left side bar.
- Select Donations on the top modular bar.
- Click +New on the top to record a new donation.
- In the Donation creation page, add each fund as a separate item in the Fund Table.
You can use the Donation by Funds report to track the funds received across different campaigns and funding sources.
