Can I record multiple funds in one donation?

Zoho ERP lets you associate a single donation with multiple funds of the same donation type, allowing you to record contributions meant for different purposes under one donation. While creating a donation, you can add multiple funds in the Fund Table and specify the amount allocated to each fund. This improves fund-level visibility and simplifies reporting and analysis.

Here’s how:

  • Log in to your Zoho ERP organization.
  • Go to Contributions on the left side bar.
  • Select Donations on the top modular bar.
  • Click +New on the top to record a new donation.
  • In the Donation creation page, add each fund as a separate item in the Fund Table.

You can use the Donation by Funds report to track the funds received across different campaigns and funding sources.
