Zoho ERP helps you stay audit-ready by maintaining complete and accurate donation records. It helps you track donation details by recording essential details like the donor’s name, donation amount, fund, receipt date, and applicable income tax section. By collecting these records, you can maintain a clear audit trail for every contribution. This structured setup helps you meet statutory compliance requirements, and maintain transparency in how donations are collected and managed. You can also generate Form 10BD Form 10BD and the Voluntary Contribution (Schedule VC) report directly from Zoho ERP.

To access these reports in Zoho ERP:

  • Log in to your Zoho ERP organization.
  • Go to Reports on the left side bar.
  • Scroll to Taxes under Reports Category.

You can select and generate the reports as required.
