Can I remove the accounts with no transactions or zero balance from the Profit and Loss report?
Yes, users can use the Filter Accounts option to filter the transaction the accounts with transactions and remove the accounts with no transactions or zero balance. To filter accounts,
- Navigate to the Reports module.
- Select Business Overview under Report Category.
- Select Profit and Loss under Business Overview reports.
- Click the Customize icon in the top right corner of the Profit and Loss report to filter the accounts.
- In the Filter Accounts popup, select the Accounts Without Zero Balance from the dropdown to filter all accounts except the accounts with zero balance. (Or)
- If you want to filter accounts with transactions, you can select the Accounts With Transactions from the dropdown to filter only the accounts with transactions created in the specified period.
- Click Apply to filter the accounts.
The Profit and Loss report filters the accounts and lists only the accounts with transactions or the accounts without zero balance based on the selected filter.
