How do I clone a fixed asset?

If you want to create a fixed asset with details similar to an existing one, you can clone the fixed asset. Here’s how:

• Go to Accounting on the left sidebar.
• Select Fixed Assets in the module bar.
• Under the Asset Register tab, select the fixed asset you want to clone.
• In the details page, click Clone at the top.
• In the New Fixed Asset page, verify the details.
• Click Save as Draft.

The asset will be created. You can mark it as Active when required.
