Is it possible to set budget for individual employees?

Yes, you can set budgets for individual employees. Here’s how:

  • Click Accounting on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to the Budgets dropdown in the Modules bar and click Employee Expense Budgets.
  • Click + New Budget in the top right corner.
  • Select User Budget.
  • Select the User from the dropdown.
  • Select the Fiscal Year, Budget Period, Budget Type, and enter the Budget Amount.
  • Click Save.

You can also set budgets for individual employees from the Employee Details page. Here’s how:

  • Click Employees on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to the Employees tab in the Modules bar.
  • Click the employee’s profile.
  • Go to the Budgets tab.
  • Click + New Budget.
  • Select the Fiscal Year, Budget Period, Budget Type, and enter the Budget Amount.
  • Click Save.
