What do Manually Added, Matched, and Categorized transactions mean? When should I match or categorize a transaction?

• Manually Added:
  Transactions recorded using the Add Transaction option are labeled as Manually Added.
• Matched:
  When a statement line (from bank feeds or imported statements) is matched with an existing manually added transaction, it is labeled as Matched.
• Categorized:
  If there is no matching transaction, you can create and associate a transaction using Categorize Manually. These are labeled as Categorized transactions.

If no matching transactions exist, Zoho ERP automatically prompts you to categorize the statement manually.
