Why are my recent bank transactions not displayed in Zoho ERP?

Normally in Zoho ERP, bank feeds are automatically refreshed when you log in to your account, and updated transactions are fetched. However, if your bank uses MFA, you must refresh the feeds manually.

What is MFA?

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an authentication method that requires two or more verification factors such as security questions, images, or one-time codes. Unless this authentication is completed, the bank will not allow Zoho ERP to fetch bank feeds automatically.

To manually refresh bank feeds:

  • Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
  • Go to the Accounting module in the left sidebar.
  • Switch to Banking tab in the modular bar.
  • Select the bank account for which you want to refresh feeds.
  • Click the Settings (Gear) icon of the bank account.
  • Select Refresh Feeds from the dropdown.
