What should I do if my bank feeds are broken?

If your bank feeds are broken, try the following solutions:

Update your bank credentials in Zoho ERP

  • Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
  • Go to the Accounting module in the left sidebar.
  • Switch to Banking tab in the modular bar.
  • Select the bank account for which the feeds are broken.
  • Click the Gear icon and select Update Credentials.
  • Enter your bank credentials in the pop-up.
  • Click Continue.

Refresh your bank feeds

  • Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
  • Go to the Accounting module in the left sidebar.
  • Switch to Banking tab in the modular bar.
  • Select the bank account for which the feeds are broken.
  • Click the Gear icon.
  • Select Refresh Feeds.

If the issue persists, contact support with a screenshot of the issue.

Note: The issue may be from your bank’s end. Try logging in to your bank’s website. If the issue exists there, contact your bank to resolve it.
