What should I do if my bank feeds are broken?
If your bank feeds are broken, try the following solutions:
Update your bank credentials in Zoho ERP
- Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
- Go to the Accounting module in the left sidebar.
- Switch to Banking tab in the modular bar.
- Select the bank account for which the feeds are broken.
- Click the Gear icon and select Update Credentials.
- Enter your bank credentials in the pop-up.
- Click Continue.
Refresh your bank feeds
- Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
- Go to the Accounting module in the left sidebar.
- Switch to Banking tab in the modular bar.
- Select the bank account for which the feeds are broken.
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Refresh Feeds.
If the issue persists, contact support with a screenshot of the issue.
Note: The issue may be from your bank’s end. Try logging in to your bank’s website. If the issue exists there, contact your bank to resolve it.
