How do I find out if my bank supports automatic feeds?
To check if Zoho ERP supports automatic feeds for your bank:
- Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
- Go to the Accounting module in the left sidebar.
- Switch to Banking tab in the modular bar.
- Click Add Bank / Credit Card at the top-right corner of the page.
- Click Connect Now near Automatic Bank Feeds Supported Banks.
- Select a provider from the Bank Feeds Service Provider dropdown.
- Check the I have read and agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA) option.
- Enter your bank name in the Search field.
- If your bank appears, it supports automatic feeds and you can configure it.
- If not, repeat the steps by selecting Token as the service provider.
You can also import bank statements manually.
