How do I find out if my bank supports automatic feeds?

To check if Zoho ERP supports automatic feeds for your bank:

  • Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
  • Go to the Accounting module in the left sidebar.
  • Switch to Banking tab in the modular bar.
  • Click Add Bank / Credit Card at the top-right corner of the page.
  • Click Connect Now near Automatic Bank Feeds Supported Banks.
  • Select a provider from the Bank Feeds Service Provider dropdown.
  • Check the I have read and agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA) option.
  • Enter your bank name in the Search field.
  • If your bank appears, it supports automatic feeds and you can configure it.
  • If not, repeat the steps by selecting Token as the service provider.

You can also import bank statements manually.
