When you log in to the portal, you’ll land on the Home page. It provides you a quick overview of your business relationship with your vendor, and shows import financial information. You can view the following sections:

Balance Summary

This section shows key financial data related to the transactions with your vendor:

  • Currency: The currency associated with your customer.
  • Open Purchase Vendors: The number of purchase orders that are in Open status.
  • Available Credits: Any credit you have with your customer will be displayed here.
  • Balance Receivable: The amount your customer owes you for the goods or services they purchased.

Last Payment Received

It shows the most recent payments you received from your customer. It includes:

My Details

It shows your business information as recorded by your customer in their Zoho ERP organisation. Click View More to view your full information as recorded by them. Click the Edit icon and update the required details, if you have enough permissions.

Shared Documents

It displays all the documents shared between you and your customers. To do so, click Upload Documents and select the file to share with your customer.

Note: This section appears only if your customer has enabled the required permissions before inviting you to the portal.

Send Email

To communicate with your customer through the portal, click Send Email at the bottom of the Home page. In the pop-up, enter the required details and click Send.
