Configure Pine Labs Cards Preferences

In this help document, you’ll learn the preferences you can configure for Pine Labs Cards in your organization.

To access the Preferences page for Pine Labs Prepaid Cards:

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner of the page.
  • Click Pine Labs Cards under Travel & Expense.

Approvals

If your business requires Pine Labs card top-ups to be approved by other users, you can configure Approvals for the top-ups. You can choose from Simple and Custom approval.

Note: If you have enabled Petty Cash Accounts and Pine Labs Cards for your organization, any changes you make to the Approvals preferences in one module will automatically apply to the other.
