Donation Preferences
Donation Preferences allow you to configure default settings that control how donations are recorded, accounted for, and presented in Zoho ERP. Let’s have a look at the various settings you can configure for the Donations in Zoho ERP.
General
To configure donation preferences:
- Go to Settings by clicking the Gear icon in the top right corner.
- Select Donations under Sales in the Module Settings pane.
- Navigate to the General tab.
- Under Deposit To,
- Select a default account to which you want the donations to get deposited. This account will be used automatically when recording donations.
- Under Default Item Account,
- Select a default account to which you want to map the funds.
- Under Donation Receipt Settings enter the following details,

| Terms and Conditions | Enter the terms and conditions that should appear on donation receipts issued to donors. |
| Notes | Add any additional information or messages that you want to include on donation receipts. |
| Donation Quotes | Enter a short quote or message that reflects your organization’s values or mission. This quote will be displayed on donation receipts. |
| Signature URL | Enter the URL of the authorized signature image that should appear on donation receipts. |
- Click Save to save the changes.
Once saved, these preferences will be applied automatically to donations.
Field Customization
You can add multiple custom fields for the Donations module and assign different data types for each of them.
