Delivery Challan Preferences

Let’s have a look at the various preferences you can configure for the Delivery Challans module in Zoho ERP.

To configure preferences for your delivery challans:

• Go to Settings in the top right corner.
• Select Delivery Challans under Sales.

Under the General section, you can configure the Terms and Conditions and Customer Notes for your delivery challans.

Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions that you enter here will be used as default for all your delivery challans. You can also edit it later.

Customer Notes

The customer notes that you enter here will be used as default for all your delivery challans. You can also edit it later.

Field Customization

If your business requires additional fields beyond the pre-defined fields in the delivery challans module, you can add multiple custom fields and assign different data types for each of them.

Validation Rules

Validation Rules in Zoho ERP enables you to create new rules that set restrictions on creating or updating delivery challans.

Custom Buttons

Custom Buttons allows you to perform specific actions to purchase orders when the button is clicked. Custom Links opens an external link. You can create them using a deluge script and execute actions based on the functions you add. Read our help document on custom buttons to learn more.
