Branding
The Branding module allows you to to configure how your organization is represented across Zoho ERP. You can upload your organization’s logo and choose an accent color for transaction PDFs and email notifications. This section also lets you manage whether Zoho branding appears in documents.
Organization Logo
You can upload your organization’s logo to display it across transaction PDFs and other documents you share with your customers.
To add your organization logo:
- Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner to go to Settings.
- Go to Organization and click Branding.
- Under the Organization Logo section, click Upload Your Organization Logo and upload the logo.
Note: Preferred Image Dimensions: 240 x 240 pixels @ 72 DPI
Supported Files: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp
Maximum File Size: 1 MB
Accent Color
Use the Accent Color setting to choose a primary color for your organization’s interface elements. Changes made here are reflected across both Customer and Vendor portals.
To set or change this accent color:
- Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner to go to Settings.
- Go to Organization and click Branding.
- Under the Accent Color section, choose from Blue, Green, Red, or Yellow.
Pro tip: You can also set a custom color by clicking Custom Color and entering a hex color code. Alternatively, use the color picker by placing the cursor over the desired color, or click Swatches, select a color, and then click Apply.
Display Zoho Branding
You can choose to display a small unobtrusive Zoho branding along with your company’s logo in the emails and transaction PDFs shared from your Zoho ERP organization.
Prerequisite: This feature is available only in certain plans of Zoho ERP. Visit the pricing page to check if it’s available in your current plan.
To display Zoho branding:
- Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner to go to Settings.
- Go to Organization and click Branding.
- Enable the toggle next to I’d like to keep Zoho branding for this organization.
You can also remove the Zoho branding later by disabling the toggle.
Recommend Zoho
Prerequisite: This feature is not applicable if you have enabled a custom domain in your organization. Additionally, this feature is available only in certain plans of Zoho ERP. Visit the pricing page to check if it’s available in your current plan.
If you would like to recommend Zoho to your customers and vendors, you can do so by enabling this option. This will display a small, unobtrusive banner for Zoho at the bottom of the Customer Portal, Vendor Portal, and when an invoice is viewed from the invoice link that’s been emailed or shared.
To display the banner:
- Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner to go to Settings.
- Go to Organization and click Branding.
- Enable the toggle next to I’d like to recommend Zoho to my customers.
You can also remove the Zoho Branding later by disabling the toggle.
