Stock Counts - Preferences
In this help document, you’ll learn the preferences you can configure for the Stock Counts module in Zoho ERP.
Adjustment Account
In Zoho ERP, you can choose a default account to track the adjustments made while recording stock count differences. Here’s how:
- Click the Gear icon in the top right corner of the Home page.
- Navigate to Stock Counts under Inventory in Module Settings.
- Choose an account from the Adjustment Account dropdown.
Adjustment Reason
You can also choose a default reason when you approve stock counts that are unmatched. Here’s how:
- Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
- Navigate to Stock Counts under Inventory.
- Choose an account from the Adjustment Account dropdown.
Insight: If you want to add a new reason other than what is available in the dropdown click Manage Reasons.
- Click Save once you have configured your preferences.
