Tasks - Preferences
You can configure preferences for the Tasks module in order to align Zoho ERP with your business requirements. To do so:
- Go to Settings.
- Under Module Settings, select Tasks under General.
In the next page, you can configure the following preferences:
General Preferences
Task Completion Notification
Enable Notify users once the status is changed to Completed to send an email and in-app notification to the assigned user when a task is marked as completed.
Reminder Notification
Enable Set the default preference for reminder to apply a standard reminder to all tasks. Choose the alert type and set when the user should be reminded before the task is due.
Custom Fields
Navigate to the Custom Fields tab to create additional fields and capture more information for tasks. Learn more about Field Customization.
Once you’ve configured the required preferences, click Save at the bottom of the page.
