Configure Zoho as IdP

You can set up Zoho as an Identity Provider (IdP) to allow your customers to log in to the portal using their Zoho account credentials. For this, you must configure a federated login. Here’s how:

Log in to your Zoho ERP organization.
Go to Settings in the top right corner of the page.
Click Customer Portal under Setup & Configuration.
Switch to the General tab.
In the Portal Login section, select Default Login.
Under Login Using Other Apps (Federated Login), click + Configure New.
In the Configure Login Method popup, select Zoho as your App Name.

Note: For Zoho, Client ID and Client Secret will be automatically fetched from the Zoho API Console under your account with your organization’s name and you can proceed without needing to enter these details.

Click Proceed.

Zoho will now appear as a login option for your customers when they access the portal.
