Hierarchical Approval

Hierarchical Approval in Zoho ERP allows records to be approved based on the reporting structure in your organisation. When enabled, approvals are automatically sent to the appropriate managers in sequence, ensuring that requests follow the defined organisational hierarchy.

Set Up Hierarchical Approval

To direct records in a module to approvers based on your organisation’s reporting hierarchy, you can set up Hierarchical Approval. Here’s how:

• Go to Settings in the top right corner.
• Click the module for which you want to set hierarchical approval.
• Go to the Approvals tab.
• Click Hierarchical Approval.
• Click Save.

The hierarchical approval will be set.
