Sales Returns Operations

Zoho ERP provides multiple operations that allow you to manage, share, and organize sales returns efficiently.

Export Sales Returns

You can export sales return details from your Zoho ERP organisation to use the data in other applications or for record-keeping purposes. You can export either all sales returns or only those with the columns currently visible in the List View page.

To export sales returns:

• Navigate to Sales on the left sidebar.
• Select Sales Returns under Invoices from the top module bar.
• Click the More Actions icon.
• Select Export Sales Returns under Export.
• Enter required details and click Export.

Export Sales Return Receives

You can also export sales return receive details to track items that have been physically received into your warehouse. This helps with stock reconciliation.

To export sales return receives:

• Navigate to Sales on the left sidebar.
• Select Sales Returns under Invoices from the top module bar.
• Click the More Actions icon.
• Select Export Receives under Export.
• Enter required details and click Export.
