Overview - Proforma Invoices

The Proforma Invoices module in Zoho ERP lets you create and send proforma invoices to customers before creating the final invoice. Using this module, you can draft proforma invoices, track their status, collect advance payments, and convert them into invoices when the sale is confirmed.

Enable Proforma Invoices

To enable the Proforma Invoices module:

• Go to Settings.
• Under Organization Settings, navigate to Setup & Configurations and select Configure Modules.
• Select Proforma Invoices under Sales.
• Click Save.
