Quality Templates
Quality Templates define the inspection criteria used to evaluate the quality of manufactured and purchased items in Zoho ERP. Available in the Advanced View of the Quality Management module, they help standardise how quality inspections are planned and executed. Templates can be Qualitative, focusing on appearance and physical condition, or Quantitative, incorporating measurable parameters along with physical checks.
Each template specifies sample rates, allowable failures, and inspection guidance to ensure consistent evaluation. Once associated with Quality Rules, they enforce mandatory inspections and support traceability across manufacturing and purchase receive workflows.
Note: This module is available only in Advanced View workflow of the Quality Module.
