Shopfloor Staff

Shopfloor Staff refers to the person working on the workcenter who are responsible for executing manufacturing operations and updating actual work details in a Manufacturing Order (MO).

Create Shopfloor Staff

You can create shopfloor staff by following these steps:

• Go to People from the left sidebar.
• Navigate to Shopfloor Staff from the top module bar.
• Click + New in the top-right corner.
• Enter the required details:
  • Enter the Name of the shopfloor staff.
  • Add the Email ID of the shopfloor staff, if required.
  • Enter the Mobile Number of the staff.
  • By default, the Shopfloor Staff Number is set to auto-generate. To change this preference:
    • Click the Gear icon in the text field.
    • Choose one of the following options:
      • Continue auto-generating shopfloor staff numbers – The system automatically assigns a unique staff number for each new shopfloor staff.
      • Enter shopfloor staff numbers manually - You can manually specify a custom staff number while creating shopfloor staff.
