Manufacturing Order Dashboard
The Manufacturing Order (MO) Dashboard provides a centralized view of the production status, operational progress, and performance metrics related to a specific Manufacturing Order. It enables production managers and operators to monitor execution, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of manufacturing activities.
View Manufacturing Order Dashboard
To view Manufacturing Order dashboard in Zoho ERP,
- Go to the home page.
- In the top pane, below your name and organization name, you can view Overview, Receivables, Non Profits and Procurement & Payables tabs.
- Click the Down Arrow icon near to them.
- Select Manufacturing from the dropdown.
- You can view the following details in your Manufacturing Dashboard.
Production Summary
- Manufacturing Order In Progress – Displays the total number of Manufacturing Orders that are currently under production.
- Manufacturing Order Pending – Shows the Manufacturing Orders that are yet to be started.
- Job Cards In Progress – Indicates the number of job cards that are currently active on the shop floor.
- Job Cards Pending – Displays job cards that are created but not yet started. Overdue defines the job cards that have crossed the given or planned time period for completion.
Completed Manufacturing Order
You can apply a time range filter to view the manufacturing orders that have been completed within the selected period. The graphical view helps analyze production trends and completion performance over time.
Completed Job Cards
Provides a summary of job cards that have been successfully completed. This helps track operational efficiency and monitor task-level execution across work centers.
Pending Items to be Manufactured
View the items that are pending for manufacturing along with their current available quantity and the quantity yet to be produced. The dashboard highlights the top 5 items based on the required production quantity to help prioritize manufacturing activities.
Pending Orders By Work Center
View the list of work centers along with the number of pending Manufacturing Orders assigned to each. This section also shows the number of orders completed per work center, helping identify workload distribution and potential bottlenecks. The dashboard displays the top 5 work centers based on the highest number of pending orders.
