Integrate Zoho ERP With Easyship
Easyship is a third-party shipment tracking service that enables frictionless shipping and fulfillment for businesses of all sizes. By integrating Easyship with Zoho ERP, you can seamlessly track and update shipment statuses in real time, as the system automatically fetches the latest information from supported carriers.

Set Up the Integration
To set up the Easyship integration:
- Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
- Click Settings in the top right corner and scroll down to Extension & Developer Data.
- Under Integration & Marketplace, select Shipping.
- Under Easyship, click Set Up Now.
- Sign up by providing your details if you’re new to Easyship, or log in using your existing Easyship credentials.
- Click Authorize to link your Easyship account with Zoho ERP.
Once authorized, your Easyship account will be successfully connected, allowing you to access shipping services and view your wallet balance.
Enable Live Shipping Rates
You can enable live shipping rates for Easyship to allow customers to view accurate delivery charges during checkout.
To enable live shipping rates:
- Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
- Click Settings in the top right corner and scroll down to Extension & Developer Data.
- Under Integration & Marketplace, select Shipping.
- Under Easyship, click Enable Live Shipping Rates.
- Click Enable in the pop-up to confirm.
Note: Enabling live shipping rates for one shipping carrier will automatically disable them for all others.
Insight: A shipping carrier is a company or service that physically transports packages from one location to another.
Configure Live Shipping Rates
Live shipping rates are calculated by Easyship. You can mark up or mark down the rates before charging customers.
To configure live shipping rates:
- Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
- Click Settings in the top right corner and scroll down to Extension & Developer Data.
- Under Integration & Marketplace, select Shipping.
- Under Easyship, click Configure Live Shipping Rates.
- Enter values for the following fields:

| Minimum Rate | The lowest shipping cost that can be applied to an order. |
| Maximum Rate | The highest shipping cost that can be applied to an order. |
| Adjust Rate | The amount by which the live shipping rate is adjusted. This can be a percentage or a flat rate. |
| Round Off To | The value to which the shipping cost is rounded off. |
| Maximum Weight per Package | The maximum allowed weight for a single package using USPS. |
- Click Save to apply the configuration.
Scenario: Patricia owns an online kitchen equipment store and has integrated her Zoho ERP organisation with a shipping carrier. She sets a minimum shipping rate of ₹100, a maximum shipping rate of ₹300, includes a ₹10 markup for packaging, enables rounding to the nearest whole number, and adds a 20 kg package weight limit.
A customer places an order weighing 18 kg. The live shipping rate is ₹210.02. After applying the ₹10 adjustment, the rate becomes ₹220.02 and is rounded to ₹220. Since the rate falls within the configured limits and the package weight is under 20 kg, the shipping charge is applied successfully.
Create an Easyship Shipment
To create an Easyship shipment:
- Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
- Go to the Sales module from the left sidebar.
- Select the Sales Orders tab and open the order you want to ship.
- On the order details page, click the Ship dropdown and select Ship via Carrier.
- Choose Easyship as the shipping carrier.
- Verify the Dispatch Address and Destination Address.
- Click Save & Continue.
- Select the Parcel Type, enter the Package Dimensions, and choose the Shipment Mode under Service Tracking Preferences.
- Click Calculate Rates to view shipping charges.
- Click Create Shipment.
You can generate and download the shipping label immediately or later from the shipment details page.
Note: Click More Info to check the wallet balance linked to your Easyship account.
Reauthenticate Easyship
You can reauthenticate the integration if your API key is updated or if there are connection issues.
To reauthenticate the EasyShip integration:
- Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
- Click Settings in the top right corner and scroll down to Extension & Developer Data.
- Under Integration & Marketplace, select Shipping.
- Click Reauthenticate under Easyship.
Once reauthenticated, your Easyship account will be securely reconnected.
Delete the Integration
You can delete the integration if you no longer wish to use Easyship as your shipping carrier.
To delete the EasyShip integration:
- Log in to your Zoho ERP organisation.
- Click Settings in the top right corner and scroll down to Extension & Developer Data.
- Under Integration & Marketplace, select Shipping.
- Click Delete under Easyship.
- Click Ok in the pop-up to confirm.
