Quality Dashboard
The Quality Dashboard in Zoho ERP provides a centralised view of quality inspection activities across your organisation. It helps quality teams track inspection progress, monitor pass and fail outcomes, and analyse quality performance over a selected period through clear summaries, trends, and inspector insights.
With real-time visibility into pending, in-progress, and completed inspections and worklists, the dashboard enables teams to identify bottlenecks, spot recurring quality issues, and assess inspection efficiency. Overall, it strengthens quality compliance, improves accountability, and supports informed decision-making across manufacturing and purchase receive workflows.
You can use the Date Range filter at the top of each panel to view the respective data for a specific period, such as This Year, Previous Year, This Quarter, or Previous Quarter. All metrics and charts on the dashboard update based on the selected date range.
Scenario: Brandon Tyler, the Quality Manager at a production company, wants continuous visibility into how quality inspections are progressing across manufacturing and purchase receives. He needs to monitor pending and failed inspections, understand inspection trends over time, and identify which inspectors are handling the most inspections. By using the Quality Dashboard, Brandon can quickly spot bottlenecks, address recurring quality issues, and ensure that inspections are completed on time before items are moved into inventory.
How to View Quality Dashboard?
- Go to Dashboard on the left side bar.
- Click the dropdown near dashboards’ name.
- Enter or select Quality from the dropdown.
Quality Inspection Summary
The Quality Inspection Summary panel provides consolidated data from theQuality Inspections module and displays the number of inspections that are yet to be performed, in progress and that are completed in the selected period along with pass or fail status.
Inspection Worklist Summary
The Inspection Worklist Summary panel provides consolidated data from the Inspection Worklists module and displays the number of the pending, in progress and completed worklists created under each inspection in the selected period along with pass or fail status.
Quality Inspection Trends
The Quality Inspection Trends panel provides a unified view of the number of sample units inspected for all items that were associated with a quality rule in the selected period along with pass or fail status.
Top Inspector Insights
The Top Quality Inspector Insights panel shows the employee who performs the highest number of quality inspections in the selected period along with the status of quality inspections like Yet to Start and In Progress.
Quality Inspection Insights
The Quality Inspection Insights panel provides a comprehensive view of the inspections performed in your organisation in the selected time with the pass or fail status. You can switch between the By Item and By Quality Inspector toggle to segregate the inspection details based on the manufactured or purchased product and the inspector who performed the inspection respectively.
