Home

The Home module lists the recent activities and recently visited records within the organisation in Zoho ERP. The Home page provides a quick overview of the actions recently performed and the user interactions within the organisation.

The Home page includes key sections such as Attention Required, Quick Links, Recent Activities, and Recently Visited. The Attention Required section highlights records and transactions that need immediate user action, while Quick Links allow users to access modules quickly and perform actions based on their assigned roles. The Recent Activities and Recently Visited sections display the latest actions performed and records accessed across the organization.

Users can get a quick glance at the operations carried out in Zoho ERP, helping them track user activities for audit and monitoring purposes, and efficiently navigate Zoho ERP. Let’s take a look at the sections available in the Home page,

Attention Required

The Attention Required panel highlights all records or transactions that need the user’s immediate action, such as overdues, pending approvals, tasks, and more. It provides a quick overview of pending tasks and helps the user prioritise their work. This panel helps users stay organised and ensures that urgent and time-sensitive activities are addressed promptly.

Users can take the required action by clicking any listed record, which redirects them to the corresponding record in the respective module. Hovering over the Attention Required header displays a Refresh icon that allows users to update and reload the records shown in the panel.

The Quick Links panel displays the links to perform certain actions such as create, view, manage, and more based on the roles assigned to the logged-in user. According to their assigned roles, users can quickly access modules using the listed quick links without having to navigate through the modules. Clicking a specific link navigates the user directly to the corresponding module.

  • Click the Configure icon next to the Quick Links header, a Quick Links popup lists all available links.
  • Users can select the required links by enabling the corresponding checkboxes.
  • It also allows users to rearrange the order of the quick links.
  • After making the changes, click Save to apply them to the Quick Links panel.

Recent Activity

The Recent Activity section lists the latest actions performed across the organisation, such as created invoices, updated records, approvals, comments, or status changes. It helps users stay informed about what is happening in real time, making it easier to track updates, follow progress, and stay aligned with team actions. Each activity is listed with details such as what is being added, deleted, or updated by whom and the date and time of the activity.

  • Click View More to view all updates.
  • Scroll down to the bottom and click the View Activity Logs link to view the Activity Logs & Audit Trail report for deeper insights of the activities taken place in the organisation.
  • This section provides users with the ability to filter the activities by switching between My Activity and Org Activity tabs.
    • My Activity tab lists all the activities performed by the logged in user.
    • Org Activity tab lists all the activities performed by all users associated with the organisation as well as activities performed by system.

Recently Visited

The Recently Visited section shows the records that the user accessed most recently, such as invoices, customers, subscriptions, items, or reports. It serves as a quick-access list, allowing users to return to frequently viewed or recently opened records without re-searching through modules.

Getting Started

The Getting Started link on the Home page helps users understand where to begin and how to set up both basic and advanced features available in Zoho ERP. You can find the Getting Started link in the top-right corner of the Home page, which redirects to the Getting Started page. Users can explore essential settings to enhance their business management processes.
