Quick Create

In Zoho ERP, you might create multiple records (like customers, vendors, and items), and transactions (like invoices, bills, and more) on a daily basis. To do so, you need to navigate to the respective module on the left sidebar, then select the required transaction in the module bar, and proceed to create them. To simplify this, Zoho ERP provides the Quick Create option to create records and transactions instantly.

Quick Create helps users across all business verticals, such as retail, manufacturing, services, and more to save time and work more efficiently, as they tend to create records frequently. By reducing navigation, Quick Create improves productivity and help teams complete their tasks with a single click.

To use this, click the Quick Create icon in the top right corner of your ERP app, and select the record you want to create. In the next page, enter the required details and save it. Zoho ERP immediately records it and updates the respective modules and reports.
